There was a time in my life when I was stressed, anxious and overwhelmed. I was scattered, over-reactive and unable to access my love of life and inner joy. I felt I wasn't me anymore; I was a hot mess!
Mindfulness meditation helped me restore balance, feel joyful and reconnect with my best self. Mindfulness gave me my life back! I love teaching this practice and witnessing the amazing transformations to greater peace, calm, clarity & joy!

Mindfulness Foundations is an established and 5-star reviewed 4-week mindfulness training course designed for beginners. It combines decades of scientific research, formal and informal mindfulness meditation practices, discussion of mindfulness concepts along with engaging activities and support materials to help you realize the benefits of a mindfulness meditation practice.
