In response to concerns about the spread of COVID-19, I have decided to move this session of Mindfulness Foundations™ online using the Zoom platform.
The COVID-19 pandemic is forcing many of us rethink how we can serve our community in a safe and responsible way. I am excited about the opportunity to create a virtual learning environment for you to experience the benefits of mindfulness meditation and begin a home practice.
