Learn mindfulness mediation with more flexibility
Private mindfulness coaching sessions offer clients flexibility and an opportunity to learn the practice of mindfulness meditation at a custom and personally supported pace.
Our sessions begin with an initial Mindfulness Assessment to assess goals for a mindfulness based practice. We then build a custom learning plan based on formal and informal meditation techniques, mindfulness based concepts and strategies for a consistent personal practice. You will receive on-going support with mid-week check-ins to answer questions and help with any challenges you may encounter during practice. As we work together you will develop the skills to:
Fee: Series of three 1-hour sessions for $325 or hourly, $125.
Private sessions are currently available remotely via Zoom or FaceTime
