4-Week Mindfulness Foundations (Beginners)
​Starts March 27th

Mindfulness Foundations is designed for those who are new mindfulness meditation as well as those who wish to refresh their practice. This 4-week course combines decades of scientific research, formal and informal mindfulness meditation practices, discussion of mindfulness concepts along with engaging activities and support materials to help you realize the benefits of a mindfulness meditation practice. You will develop skills to:
  • Manage the constant mind chatter and create space for peace, calm and a new perspective
  • Create space to respond rather than react to stressful situations. 
  • Notice how your thoughts and feelings affect your present moment experience 
  • Connect with the present moment and be okay with whatever is happening with acceptance and without judgement.
  • Focus your mind to gain greater clarity and increase productivity.
Session Dates & Times:
March 27th, April 3rd, 10th & 17th
Fee: $225 includes four consecutive 90-minute classes and supporting materials.

3-Week Mindfulness Foundations II  (Advanced)
​Starts February 27th

Mindfulness Foundations II: offers those who have participated in Mindfulness Foundations for Beginners an opportunity to refresh and deepen their mindfulness practice. We can deepen our practice by creating space for silence, stillness and a greater understanding and experience of mindfulness training. Each 90-minute session will be part practice, part lecture and part discussion including the following elements:
  • Silent meditation as a group to build internal resources and capacity for greater focus and expanded awareness.
  • Guided meditation to explore the sense of connection with the present moment.
  • Greater understanding of mindfulness training through assimilation of brain science supporting the benefits of mindfulness meditation.  Discussion and application of the 9 Attitudes of Mindfulness: Non-Judging, Patience, Beginners Mind, Trust, Non-Striving, Acceptance, Letting Go, Gratitude, Generosity

February 27th, March 6rd & 13th  
Fee: $165 includes three consecutive 90-minute classes and supporting materials.

Energy Flow (Chakra) Workshop ~
February 20th

Increase your vitality, vibrational frequency and personal power as you awaken the 7 Energy Centers (Chakras) of the body. In this 90-minute introductory energy workshop, participants will learn about each Energy Center of the body as well as how to open, balance and integrate them for greater physical, emotional and spiritual well-being.   
We are all familiar with our physical bodies but less so with our energetic bodies. Our energetic body is comprised of 7 major energy centers, also known as chakras, which govern key areas of our physical, emotional, mental and spiritual lives.  With knowledge of these centers we can begin to work with them to align, awaken and balance them for greater well-being and spiritual connection.

In this workshop, Angela will share knowledge of the chakra system which comes from many years of meditation and metaphysical study and practice.  You will learn how to sense and connect with your energy body and how to tune into each energy center from the root chakra to the crown chakra.

1:1 Mindfulness Mentoring

1:1 mindfulness mentoring offers clients an opportunity to learn the practice of mindfulness meditation at a custom and personally supported pace. We begin our sessions with a Mindfulness Assessment and design a 3-week plan to help you learn formal and informal mindfulness practices and concepts as well as how to incorporate them into your daily life. I provide you with on-going support with mid-week check-ins to answer questions and help you with any challenges you may encounter with your practice. 
Sessions are available in-person or at a distance via Skype.
