Mindfulness Foundations II: offers those who have participated in Mindfulness Foundations for Beginners an opportunity to refresh and deepen their mindfulness practice. We can deepen our practice by creating space for silence, stillness and a greater understanding and experience of mindfulness training. Each 90-minute session will be part practice, part lecture and part discussion including the following elements:

1:1 Mindfulness Mentoring1:1 mindfulness mentoring offers clients an opportunity to learn the practice of mindfulness meditation at a custom and personally supported pace. We begin our sessions with a Mindfulness Assessment and design a 3-week plan to help you learn formal and informal mindfulness practices and concepts as well as how to incorporate them into your daily life. I provide you with on-going support with mid-week check-ins to answer questions and help you with any challenges you may encounter with your practice.
Sessions are available in-person or at a distance via Skype. "My one-to-ones with Angela have been a highlight of my Naples Winter!
