Mindfulness Meditation is an ongoing journey of insights, self-awareness and personal growth. As a meditator you know that the benefits of meditation unfold over time and are only realized through consistent practice and deepened understanding of mindfulness themes and concepts. You also know that sometimes it's a challenge to be consistent or attend additional training.
If you have meditation experience and would like to develop a deeper and more consistent practice. Sustain Your Practice series is right for you.
The Sustain Your Practice series consists of four, LIVE 45-minute sessions using the Zoom platform. Each session features a new mindfulness topic supported by a reading, guided meditation, group reflection/discussion and closes with a poem or activity to keep you inspired for the week. You will also receive a recording of each session for your content library.
The mindfulness topics we'll cover in this series include practical and effective ways to bring mindfulness to your daily life such as:
Fee: $97 includes live access to all four, live 45-minute sessions and follow-up recordings. Couples and teens in the same household pay only one fee!
Dates & Time: Thursday evenings from 7:00pm-7:45pm starting April 16th and ending May 7th.
